Returns, Refunds or Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the issue(s) must be due to an error on our part.  We do not accept returns.

We will not be responsible for:

1. Error(s) made when the order was placed, including typos.
2. Loss or damage caused by the shipping company unless insurance was purchased at checkout.
3. Delays caused by the shipping company.

But, if we made a mistake, we will work to make it right.

Resolution Process

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to notify us of any issue(s).

To request a resolution, please use the form below.  All fields are mandatory.

Once received, we will work to quickly resolve the problem.

Lost or Damaged Package

USPS Priority Mail automatically includes up to $100 insurance for physical products.  If you need/want it, you can purchase additional insurance when you check out.

The claim process can take up to 30 days to resolve.  If replacement is needed before that time, a new order will need to be placed and a refund will be issued once the claim process completes.

 

Shipping Returns - Package Undeliverable

If an order is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you for the correct address.  There will be a $15 fee to reship the item.  You can pay that fee here.
