• 0-3 days notice is not an option unless you contact us first. 
• 4-7 days notice is an additional $100 for embroidered sashes and large competition sash orders
• 8+ days - no additional fees
  

"NUMBER OF EMBROIDERED SASHES IN YOUR ORDER"

• If you have NO embroidered sashes in your order, select NONE. 
• If you have ANY embroidered sashes in your order, then please select the correct number of embroidered sashes.
• The maximum number of emroidered sashes is 5 per Express Handling.  Add another Express Handling for 6+

"NUMBER OF SHIPPING ADDRESSES IN YOUR ORDER"

• Select the number of shipping addresses in your order.  There is NO additional charge for the 1st shipping address and $15 fee per each additional address.
  

Filling out this form correctly the first time is important.  If you do not, we will simply cancel your entire order.  No games...please.  You will just be wasting your time and ours.

6.  Please do not pad the date you need to receive your order.
